At Seoulfull, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at elaine@seoulfull.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at elaine@seoulfull.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at elaine@seoulfull.com.
