Founded by Korean-American entrepreneur and entertainment attorney Elaine Sir, Seoulfull was created from a lifelong fluency in beauty as both inheritance and practice where skincare is not about correction, but care. Not about perfection, but presence.

Raised between Eastern traditions and Western ambition, Elaine grew up understanding beauty as something lived daily: through consistency, nourishment, restraint, and respect for time.
